I was born in South Africa but my childhood was spent mainly growing up in Botswana.... Very far away from civilization. My mother schooled my sister and me... Because the closets school was about 600km from us.
I got my cellphone at the age of 19years.
My childhood was amazing, we grew up with animals... So we as a family including my wife is in love with nature....
We love nature and people that is why tourism is what we choose to do... Perfect mixture of the two✌️
I played some Rugby and my wife qualified to go to the 2020 Olympics for her weight category in Judo... But due to the covid it was canceled... Then we got married and now we are both focusing on our dreams here at Garden Route Safari Camp.
I started guiding when I was 15yrs old and now I am 25yrs...so on and
My parents are really special, they managed to raise my sister and I in the wilderness and still managed to get us a good education... My sister is studying nursing in German.
So God gave me amazing parents. My dad and I spent hours in the bush... So he was the reason for my love of the natural world and animals
My mother was the reason for my education... She stayed at home and committed herself to full time educating my sister and I.
It was not always easy to live so far away from civilization but it was amazing and will do it again.
So God made us, including my wife to help people connect with the natural world and really get back to the basis of things.
